As a Campaign Management Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing advertising campaigns for our clients. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing & Campaign, Customer Success, and Sales teams to ensure campaigns meet performance targets and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, manage, and fully monitor customer advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Design and execute end-to-end campaigns for key clients, aligned with their marketing goals.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other relevant metrics.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign results and enhance client collaboration.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, incorporating feedback to refine ongoing campaigns.
- Manage financial follow-ups and ensure timely customer payments.
- Conduct feasibility studies and propose new initiatives to increase company sales.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and suggest solutions for product and process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and advanced spreadsheet functions.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Familiarity with Google Ads and other online advertising platforms.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and online advertising ecosystems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- High sense of responsibility, discipline, and follow-up.
- Fast learner with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage crises and perform effectively under pressure.
- Experience in working with digital advertising platforms and tools.
- Capable of documenting processes and analyzing collected campaign data.
