Role Summary:
The Publisher Supervisor is responsible for leading, supporting and growing Affilio’s publisher network across multiple segments — including social, content, discount, and other partnership verticals. This role requires a data-driven mindset combined with strong leadership and communication skills to drive activation, engagement, and retention of publishers, while ensuring sustainable business growth through close collaboration with the Marketing and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership & Management
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Publisher Growth Specialists.
• Establish structured processes to track, analyze, and improve publisher performance.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members’ communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Set performance KPIs and provide actionable feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
2. Publisher Activation & Growth
• Monitor performance metrics such as Activation Rate, Conversion Rate (CR), and ROI.
• Design and implement growth initiatives, incentive programs, and engagement campaigns.
• Identify high-potential publishers and develop customized growth strategies for each segment.
• Oversee onboarding and activation processes to ensure publishers are efficiently integrated and productive.
3. Publisher Relationship & Support
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key publishers and strategic partners.
• Ensure high-quality support through prompt and professional communication.
• Gather and analyze publisher feedback, identifying areas for improvement and coordinating with internal teams to address issues.
• Supervise publisher support quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Campaign Management, and Product teams to align on goals and strategy.
• Match publishers with suitable merchant campaigns to maximize conversion and revenue potential.
• Participate in strategic discussions, reporting, and growth planning sessions to align publisher performance with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, publisher management, or digital partnerships.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with performance metrics and tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Have:
• Experience in the affiliate or performance marketing industry.
• Familiarity with CRM, tracking platforms, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio).
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
