Job Summary:
The Product Manager is responsible for driving the strategy, planning, and execution of products throughout their lifecycle. This role involves identifying customer needs, analyzing market trends, defining product requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver innovative solutions.

- Monitor product performance, evaluate feedback from users, and use data to enhance product functionality and user experience.
3-Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products.
- Ensure seamless implementation of product strategies and facilitate timely communication across teams.
4-Data Analysis and Research:
- Design and execute A/B tests and other experimental methods to assess the impact of features on business goals and user experiences.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify emerging trends and recommend appropriate strategies.
5-Stakeholder and Partner Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, vendors, and brands to expand the network and drive business growth.
- Clearly articulate goals, priorities, and updates to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company strategies.

- Drive continuous improvement by recommending new processes or tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and team collaboration.
- Address and resolve conflicts within product development teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in product management with a focus on both strategic and technical decision-making.
- Expertise in lifecycle management, including development, launch, and maintenance of complex products.
- Strong skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making based on evidence.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with eCommerce, SaaS, or affiliate marketing is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives in an Agile development environment.
