As a Senior Sales Specialist, your role is essential by identifying customer needs, presenting effective solutions, and building strong professional relationships, you help us grow sales and strengthen Smartech’s position in the market. Responsibilities:
· Identify, target, and engage potential clients for marketing automation solutions.
· Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure.
· Conduct consultative meetings with marketing and digital managers to communicate product value.
· Prepare and deliver tailored proposals based on each client’s specific needs.
· Collaborate closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams to refine sales messaging and understand market needs.
· Provide accurate reports and analytical dashboards on the sales funnel, targets, and KPIs.
· Share feedback from client meetings and capture customer requirements.
Requirements:
· Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors.
· Solid knowledge of Marketing Automation, eCRM, MarTech, and AdTech concepts and applications.
· Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Solution Selling.
· Strong negotiation, persuasion, and enterprise relationship management skills.
· Proven experience using CRM tools to manage leads and the sales pipeline.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and propose effective solutions.
· Team player, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
