About the Role:
We’re looking for a results-driven Campaign manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance-driven marketing campaigns.This role requires a strong analytical mindset, creativity in campaign design, and a passion for driving measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities:
- Design, launch, and manage new campaigns across social media, web, and other digital platforms aligned with sales and revenue objectives.
- Analyze merchant briefs and propose optimal campaign structures tailored to different platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance daily via dashboards and continuously optimize key metrics (CR, CTR, ROI).
- Conduct A/B testing to enhance content performance and improve the conversion funnel.
- Collaborate closely with the publishing team to activate relevant publishers for each campaign.
- Maintain ongoing communication with brand partners and deliver periodic performance reports.
- Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights for strategic decision-making and future growth.
- Document learnings and share best practices from successful campaigns to scale future initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of Performance Marketing and Affiliate Marketing concepts.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Metabase, and GA4.
- Solid knowledge of key digital marketing KPIs (CTR, CR, ROI, CPC, Conversion Funnel).
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams.
- Strong communication and relationship management abilities with merchants and publishers.
- Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a results-driven mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in e-commerce, marketplaces, or affiliate platforms.
- Familiarity with campaign automation tools or performance dashboards.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring a campaign or growth team.
